We have eaten here several times. The owner Monica is so welcoming. She took our order and served us. She even made us a special drink. We ordered the fish tacos and we ordered soup. Both were very filling and tasty. The restaurant is very clean, including the restrooms. Give this restaurant a try you will enjoy the food and friendly atmosphere.
Prices are a little too pricey. And was a little disappointing that they advertised alcoholic beverages and they don't have any. Service was good tho. But again very pricey. Like wallet breaking

Went to Delicias Cafe by chance today. Monica and the cook were so sweet. The cook saw from the window that my mom was struggling getting out of the car and came running out to help. What an angel! We came for a late lunch. We order the Mexican coffee on the recommendation of the owner Monica. The steaming hot mug of a sweet cinnamon coffee was so delicious.
