Watching the chefs hand pull and prepare the noodles fresh right in front of you makes the whole experience even more special. You can really taste the difference. So yummy! A taste of home after a trip. One of the few places open after 9 pm! Got my favorite, the braised lamb with sliced noodles. Flavors are so deep and distinct and the noodles are the perfect texture along with the pop of the peppers and potatoes. We also got the dumplings and chili wontons.
