Came here twice in a row and I have 0 complaints. Food is delicious and service is always friendly. Our go-to is the Hawaiian bbq mix plate but we also like to sub the chicken out for katsu from time to time. We also like to sub the rice with Mac and they never have any issues with that. Love how customizable everything is. Haven't had a chance to utilize their drive-thru but it's a great option if you just don't feel like stepping out of the car.
I don't know why people are so harsh when rating quick service or fast casual chain restaurants, even reading some of these reviews, there are 3 or 4 stars for no complaints! The few times I've been here, I've been impressed with their customer service, cleanliness, and most importantly taste of food! As a Hawaii local, I'm super critical of anything labeled "Hawaiian."
