Watching the employees work is like watching grass grow. When you walk in to receive your food because the app notified you it was done, you arrive to find the food is in fact not done. Even when it is done and ready for pick up, the employees will not acknowledge your existence until they are good and ready. Have gone here a plentiful amount of times, and it truly is a hit or miss with the quality of the food. Go to Subway instead.
The service here is abysmal. If it weren't for the fact that they have a captive market with the young troops on base who don't have a car, they'd have nothing.The older, dark haired woman who works there (maybe a manager but refuses to talk to customers who ask) is the absolute worst. A couple of the other guys are nice and it's clearly poor management.

Food is always late. When you order online I think they just push that your food is ready for their Stat checker or something? That's just a guess. Basically you never know when you can head up to get food, so I normally give them 30 min. After 30 minutes my food is usually still not quite ready, or they lost my order, or there was something they didn't have so instead of updating app or letting us know they wait till you come in, say sorry, and offer something else for a 20 minute...read full review
