“The baristas are some of the kindest, thoughtful employees I’ve met at any Starbucks.
I had an incident this morning where another patron had issues with my dog when the store just opened. Rather than meet with patience and grace, the patron was rude and forced me to leave the store. I complied and the baristas felt horrible for how the situation was addressed. Shoutout to Moli and the Tuesday morning crew for profusely apologizing and making the situation so much better!
Drinks are also made correctly and well done!“
“Once I had a bad experience at Starbucks, a guy disrespected me, with his tone, as I was talking to my mom in Chicago, he said very loudly turn down that phone, as the store manager backed him up, all along the guy had his computer on loud“
“Im not gonna lie that girl Fangirl B is always commenting on posts saying stuff about staff when her friends are embarrassing her..... they have gone to a couple of establishments giving bad reviews it really is her brand.... the staff here are amazing and honestly the bad reviews come to me as a surprise given they are always nice and go above and beyond. I notice customers who do not get their way after being rude purposely come to comment negative reviews in hopes they get someone in trouble even if they were just doing their jobs. The company or whoever is in charge needs to stop believing these customers that go out of their way to harass and bad mouth or bully these workers that are doing their best and they are just doing their jobs. Idk if anyone sees this but I hope they know everyone at Del Monte is really sweet and you can ask the regulars too!!! They know how good the staff is!“
“This is the best Starbucks location in the whole area, with the absolute friendliest staff. They are super professional and always have a positive attitude. I leave there everytime thinking, wow that is the best Starbucks staff I have ever interacted with. The other locations should be taking notes.“
