“Ryan is awesome! Very friendly, kind and professional. He greeted me with a smile and made sure my complicated order was correct. His tone was just beautiful. This is the service I remember from times past. Happy it is making its way back to humanity.“

“I go once a week, and get iced coffee. The people treat you really good, and the service is fast. If you wanted to you could have breakfast lunch or dinner with the selection they have. There's free WiFi for everyone that doesn't want to unplug lol“

“Worst experience ever!!! Is this actually Starbucks!!! Guess cause they're in the east side of Salinas they're so rude. We order 3 drinks and we wanted to pay separately, barista said no, I mention drinks are already made (drive thru). Then Xavier agreed to do the transaction! I'll go to south main from now on!!!!“

“I always forget about this location it I came in when they had they're red cup day as well as today and was so happy with how fast my order came out and how tasty it was. I say this because I have visited the location on S Main Street and when I've gotten my coffee it always taste burnt... The staff was really nice and friendly and I like the new look with the remodel . While I waited I happened to notice they had a cool coffee ornament that I got myself, so all in all it was a great visit.“

“Just your average Starbucks, with the standard menu and friendly staff.The atmosphere is a bit lacking in that they only offer 3 small tables, with 6 chairs total in the entire shop. So climate controlled seating is very limited.Mobile orders do seem to take quite a while at this particular location.I was once waiting for nearly a half hour, just for a regular cup of drip coffee.Thankfully, I haven't encountered such a long wait time since.Other than that, meh... it's ok.“

“This Starbucks location has plenty of seating inside and outside. There's a wall with flyers posted for information about events in the area. The restroom is detached and inside the building's lobby. You'll need to ask the cashier for the code. Service was good and the egg bites and coffee tasted as expected. “Each time I've been to this Starbucks, I've been greeted and as I waited for my drink I noticed that they made sure everyone that walks in and walks out is greeted as well. It's great to see that the staff is in good spirits when getting your morning coffee.“

“The absolute best Starbucks staff around! Miss Jackie is the most wonderful woman ever! Caring and compassionate and she honestly loves and knows her customers! I do appreciate the fact that the staff here makes the drinks exactly how you're supposed to like this during the espresso before they had the milk with the syrup all that good stuff they don't just slam it together and hand it to you. When I say this team is absolutely amazing I mean that. Vanessa is such a large asset and she's been in this Starbucks for ever and she is super sweet and amazing. Lauren and Laila are new additions to the team but I freaking love them! And I am so glad they brought her back she was always amazing and then left for a little bit but when Miss Jackie told me she was coming back and I saw her smiling face I was so freaking excited! I just wish Shelly was still here because she was the bomb and always helped me no matter what and even though Rosemary is not in Starbucks anymore I still consider her a part of the crew and I'm glad I still get to see her on the other side of that wall lol Basically this team here is amazing and I'm really glad they're so close to where I live because I authentically enjoy going to see them. “Made a stop in Salinas on the way to Paso Robles, and was pleased to find this modern and honestly kind of beautiful Starbucks in the Creekbridge Plaza! With an airy interior, terrazzo floors, and complete with a skylight, this is one of the prettiest Starbucks shops I have experienced. Plus, the employees were all extremely friendly and fast. Outside, there are some tables and woven chairs with patio umbrellas. I would hang out here for hours!“

“THE AWESOMEST, KINDEST STARBUCKS EMPLOYEES I’VE ENCOUNTERED ? The woman who took my order, Crow, was so patient, kind and generous to me. THANK YOU for my drink, seriously, you made my day even brighter and the rest of the staff (forgive me for forgetting the names of the two other women working with Crow, but they were so kind to greet, smile and just be warm and welcoming!) these employees deserve a raise. No one asked or told me to write this, I’m doing this solely because of their kindness and generosity. These ladies deserve a raise and promotion for their 1”/10 customer service!! “Normally everything is great based on my experience. Tonight unfortunately I had ordered 4 drinks and one of them got mixed up with someone else’s order. I realized once i got home and went back only to find out that they had already closed the drive thru lane and the store was already closed. I could not bring it to their attention and now I have something that I dont like.“

“Out of all the Starbucks in town this place has the most friendly ladies to wait on you they're very fast they always get the orders right and I highly recommend it to drive through. I go there at least twice a week and have something to eat and drink from the drive-thru and it's always perfect .June “
