“We went to this Starbucks and forgot our banana bread there. We unfortunately couldn't come back the same day and called in to see what they could do. A nice gentleman said just to come in the next day and say that we had spoken to him. The drinks and customer service was amazing!“
“I love this Starbucks location, friendly staff! I preferred a decaf and ordered a small. They gave me a large on the house because I told them I was having a bad day and they literally just made my day by giving me a little extra. Thank you!“
“I put 5 stars for the women working there this morning. Her name was sara, she was taking orders and pumping out drinks. The line was a bit longer because there was only one person working but Sara was handling it well for being one person. Sara deserves a big raise for her hard work. Starbucks needs to have another person on the clock though. Event though sara was handling it I'm sure it wasn't easy.“
“I ordered a coffee 9:05 PM Sunday, September 17, 2023 wanna be manager i ask her question I ordered coffee and I asked her kindly I’d like to have a hot cup of coffee She said sure it will bring you a cup I tipped her and she gave me cold coffee if I wanted a cold coffee I would’ve asked for a Cold coffee . She thought it was a joke with her. employees They thought it was a joke I called right after I want to be manager said I’m sorry our machine went down. Why did she tell me that at first place please get professional people in there wanna be manager“
“The consistency I get on daily visits -DAILY- through the drive thru ... amazing. In Gilroy we now 3-4 Startbucks but this one! Legit inside and out , staff THRIVES customer service! They deliver order in timely manner and correctly! The smile and happiness on staff but I know why! Edgar the manager! I see him, cleaning, arranging those mugs, display with such care on the weekends as sit here for hours studying. Send him to other stores please! Or be sure he's getting the praise he deserves!! “On my frequent trips to the outlets, I would occasionally drop into this particular store for my usual, a tall Pikes Peak with Stevia and non fat milk.I liked this particular store because whomever the manager was, did a great job of keeping their store in top shape. I always noticed how clean this store was. Team members constantly cleaning counters and other areas. The condiments section was always kept full. Sugar packets were always filled up. And one thing I particularly liked was that the cream containers always had plenty of milk or cream in them. The napkins always were filled. Even the straws were filled. Someone really keeps an eye on details. The merchandise was displayed in a neat and orderly manner. This store really shined!“
