“We just got in line at the target location and the line was pretty long. My 1 year old son was very fussy because he was hungry. I was hoping to grab him a cheese stick quickly but they didn't have any. The boss/manager Julie came out to check on my son because he was upset and helped point out a fruit pouch for him. She also personally brought him a small cup of whole milk because he couldn't wait anymore. Little did she know she made my entire day by just being a kind person. That goes a long way. The customer service was great. The entire staff was kind and accommodating. Thank you Julie for being an awesome person! You rock!“
“Got a medicine ball from this Starbucks and the tea bag had exploded in the cup so I went through the drive through and the baristas were super apologetic and gave us a new drink (and made it a venti instead of a grande which I had originally ordered). Will come back to this location :)“
“Used the drive up and the woman taking the orders was also at the payment window. Excellent customer service skills, very helpful and pleasant, making it an enjoyable experience! Frappacino was great as always. Drive up always has a line but it was moving well. Wish I had gotten her name she's an exceptional employee.“
“Expensive treat loaded with almost as many calories as a meal but so very yummy. The staff is friendly, the quality is consistent. It's always packed with people chatting, working on laptops, or just relaxing. The baked goods are delicious. All of the food is good. There are various goods for sale, cups, mugs, whole coffee beans and ground coffee packages that change with the season or special times.“
