“As a very long time, Starbucks, customer at this location and many others, I have to say the service of the team at this location is unparalleled. The entire crew here is always SO friendly. I usually order through the mobile app and pick up my drink as I arrive to work. Today (11/25/23), I placed my order through the mobile app, as usual, but did not have time to pick it up before having to start my shift. I called the store with (in my opinion) an absolutely off-the-wall request. I was wondering if they might be able to hand me my order over the fence that separates the company I work for and their drive-through. Dawn (I think she's the manager?) answered the phone, and quickly met me at the fence. I cannot stress enough how amazing the team at this store is! Yes, they may be extremely busy sometimes and the drive-through line may be very long, but in my opinion, that speaks to how great this particular store is. And a HUGE thank you to Dawn for going ABOVE AND BEYOND my expectations!!“
