Why do I as the customer have to pour my own coffee? None of that makes sense. Maybe treat your customers like actual customers and do your job!!
Food: decent if you want something quick that’s not defac, but a bit pricey for what they give you.
Service: they are quick, but might as well have self checkout with those huge lines
Atmosphere: if you can find a table, always a nice place to hangout or relax. The music is a great addition.

Pretty mediocre. The food is priced way too high for the quality of what they offer - $7.50 for a grilled cheese/for a quesadilla, $8.50 for a small veggie burrito.... they charge Panera prices but offer quick-homemade quality. It's nice there, & the staff is friendly, but other than convenience, there's no real reason to stop by. I felt bad posting the pic of my chicken pesto sandwich.
