The cashier was kind and we were served quickly after ordering. I ordered a Thai green milk tea with boba and you can taste the fresh milk and cane sugar they advertise! “Sam's Donuts is our local donut spot! That is until we discover another great one worth giving the moniker of being our new local spot! The owners are super nice and service is always quick here for us. Two qualities that always make a business good in my books.Giving them 4 stars because the donuts are good, but sometimes they can be a little stale. It's only happened once to us but we always think twice when we want to get donuts because we don't want to be disappointed.We usually get a variety of classics here. Glaze, Sugar & Chocolate. “So I've been here a few times now since I moved back to the area. They opened last year 2023 February. My sister, who is a coffee addict, brought me. I just started drinking coffee. They are located in a plaza so plenty of parking. The facade is so cute and always seasonally decorated. The inside is so cute tons of photo opps! Its a mexican themed cafe & you can see it in the decor & the food/drink selection. They have tortas, mexican sweet bread, mexican drinks, etc. The staff has always been kind to me. They have teens working too. Its just very cheery in here which I like. They have a private bathroom, free wifi, plenty of seating, & if you eat/drink here you have the option of using the old school mexican mugs made out of like clay or something which I love! My favorite drink is the hot Mexican mocha, its like an Abuelita hot chocolate with coffee. The music is eclectic spanish and english & not too loud. Anyway, we come here pretty often and I reccomend.“

“Finally a place to go get a boba drink closer to home! This is a cute little establishment in Lockeford that rivals the boba places in Stockton and Modesto! They have all your usual boba drinks and flavors and also sell things to eat like musubi's, spring rolls and even waffles! They also have cute little areas where u can take pics "selfies" and it looks like they change them up. I will definitely go back again when going through the area to grab me a tarp milk tea with boba... yum!“

It's located across the freeway from a gym and I wonder if this would be better suited right next to it or across the street from it. I think it suffers from its location a bit.The waffles were crispy on the outside and nice and chewy on the inside. I wish the waffle had more banana & strawberry with it so it was more like a full serving of fruits and veggies rather than a garnish. There is more about being healthy than just throwing protein powder in something. That brings me to my main critique. I wish this place was more "healthy" and less "protein". It should be renamed to the Protein spot. With such a heavy emphasis on protein, and the main selling point of the menu, I think the "healthy spot" is a bit misleading. It could stray any newcomer (like it did for me) and visitor who is just looking for a healthy alternative to fast food. Very good protein spot though:)I wanna see some protein juices. “Acceptable wait time but worth the wait, food is cooked freshly. I wanted a iced tea lemonade but the cashier said they were out of lemonade but she could do iced tea with strawberry syrup (highly recommend trying it). I also got a breakfast sandwich with egg, cheddar cheese, and bacon. Probably one of the best breakfast sandwiches Ive ever had from a coffee spot. Location is great too. “Guess I am on a roll...another five star experience/review for a craft coffee shop. Comal is near one of our Lodi properties and we have walked by many times. Last evening they were roasting and we stopped and chatted with the owner about coffee, brewing, beans, places where beans are grown, roasters, roasting and business in general. After seeing them roast their own beans I couldn't resist stopping by this AM for an Americano. And this morning on the way...we could smell the roaster a couple blocks away...nice, builds the anticipation. So if you like very good coffee this is a recommendation for Comal. They have what you need, Fresh roasted beans (this batch from Guatemala I think) a good machine that pulls a great espresso, friendly service and a great Americano. A good cup doesn't need sweetener or dairy and mine certainly didn't today. So to sum up, above average coffee, great service and the satisfaction of supporting another local small family-run business. As my grand boys say...two big thumbs up!“

Allows you to get a lot of items.It's usually packed when we go in the afternoon. The line to pay can be long but flies by. There might be a few times the items wanted are out, but they restock pretty quickly.There is plenty of parking. However, it can be difficult to find. Lincoln Center is a busy shopping center.Parking: There is plentiful parking, however it's a busy shopping center near a busy road.Wheelchair accessibility: There is plenty of handicap ♿️ parking and a ramp to get up on the walkway.“

“Coffee is better then the starbucks across the street. But not as good as Java stop down the road. However, they make that up with their service/shop in spades. The shop gives off a GREAT atmosphere. When you walk in, you can't help but just feel like you at home or at a safe place. I have never had a bad experience at house of coffees. Between the great service and music. Great tables and chairs. You just can't get that at Java stop. Not bad for the second best coffee in town. I suggest the nutty Irishman.“

Ended up going with the Hokkaido Milk Tea and it was flavorful and sweet even at 50% sweetness. Their boba was warm but seemed slightly tough to chew, I'm a sucker for chewy boba pearls. Would definitely come back next time I'm in the mood for a sweet treat with quick service.“
