“I came across a reel on Instagram and today when we visited the Hall of Science I had to go to Southside Station. They have some of the best chicken sandwiches I've ever had. The chicken was crispy, big and tasty, the slaw was perfectly tangy and and the sauce hit the spot. Perfectly balanced flavors in a big delicious sandwich. In addition, we tried the garlic noodles and the curly fries whichwere really good. Portions are good. I recommend this hidden gem. Started off with the frozen margarita (refreshing but packs a punch), then the vegan jackfruit taquitos (very crispy), the insanely delicious tikka wings & delicious masala & creamy blue cheese dips to go with it. “We tried their brunch menu and was not disappointed. We ordered from the most friendly staff at the window the Andouille Shrimp and Grits which had creamy cheddar grits, the breakfast sandwich with home style fried potatoes, Banana Bread Louise which is banana bread french toast with Bananas Foster topping and a Grains in Purgatory bowl which had farrow. Roasted vegetables and two sunny side up eggs topped with chili crisp. I was pleasantly surprised by how flavorful the Grains in Purgatory was considering it was mostly vegetarian except for the eggs. It has the right amount of spice and the farrow had a nice bite. The breakfast sandwich had scrambled egg and thickly sliced bacon and arugula, the home fries that came on the side were perfectly seasoned and crispy. Those potatoes were the bomb! The gravy on the shrimp and grits was a little too salty for me but those creamy cheddar grits were so rich and smooth. Get the Banana Bread Louise to share for dessert! It's amazing! I look forward to trying items on their lunch menu especially the jerk salmon“

“I have visited Mushin Sports Lounge twice. This is a beautiful and spacious sports lounge! It's is very clean, and the servers are professional and courteous. I went on both a busy and slow night and received great service. Now their chicken wings; they are straight fire! Some of the best chicken wings I've had in a long time, considering the food market is over saturated with wing restaurants. I greatly appreciate their homemade hand cut fries, also. Also, their food presentation is on point! It is hard to make great fresh French Fries, but Mushin has mastered it! Great workers and great food.“

Got the soy garlic and spicy medium flavor. Both flavors kinda tasted similar. The spicy one tasted like the soy garlic but it was the perfect level of spice. The chicken was plump and moist, and perfectly crispy, even eating it after taking it home. It's expensive but I do appreciate the sides they give to make it a real meal. Go-to:SALT AND PEPPER WINGS (good size wings:meaty) I get it without the Jalepenos - they dust them with what seems like sugar or something to give it a some sweetness which I like The fries that come with it are the skinny type which compliment the wings. CRAB FRIED RICE- my friend told me about this item and been in love with it ever since! When I first got them there was SO much crab per rice ratio! Over the years though sometimes the crab ratio would be a little less but then I would come back and it would be better. I guess it depends on the season too if crabs are in season or not? Vibe inside has always been cool good music and Good size tvs for sports. What not. Don't forget to save room for dessert and grab you some ice cream too!!!!“

“The tofu soup is always a good choice. It’s comforting and delicious. The reason I put 4/5 starts is because the burnt rice is never consistent. There are days where it’s perfect and delicious but there are also times where it’s extremely burnt and they serve it to you anyways.Over the years, the price of a tofu soup went up. I remember coming here when it was maybe 10-15 dollars per soup. I think it’s about 20 dollars today.“
“Consistency is key when it comes to boba and Big Bang is consistent! Their boba is always cooked perfectly, soft almost melt in your mouth boba but with a slight chew. Brown sugar boba flavor is spot on, without being overly sweet, IMO. I've tried a variety of their drinks, both milk bobas and fruit teas. I like their matcha lattes varieties too, the mango matcha is my fav. Tried the piña colada but that one I didn't care for because drink flavor was a bit lacking but boba was great!
