We have searched all Perris and surrounding areas for good menudo with no luck.... until today. Our family came to Caliente for breakfast on a Sunday, on our way here I checked the reviews and wasn't very impressed, we still came and was pleased to find out their menudo is very good with your choice of with or without pata, there is no hominy added to their menudo, ALL MEAT! We also tried their birria de res and it was very good as well. Corn tortillas are freshly made to order.
My husband and I had lunch there today. The waitress was friendly, polite and handled my picky order perfectly. (I'm allergic to onions and always careful when ordering. ) Food was good, obviously fresh, and not an onion in sight! My husband enjoyed his as well. We'll be back for sure.

Its a good place if you have nowhere else to go lol A little over priced for what it is. There's banda music on Saturdays and also a Dj. The food is ok too. The service very good that's why I am giving them 4 stars!!
