The quality of the snackers went down the drain. Dry and burnt. They are no longer the snackers that I used to have, juicy and just the right crisp. I guess the quality of KFC snackers degraded over the years. Very disappointing. Even the manager saying they were never like this breaks my heart. But then again it’s probably just this location too.

I don't wanna be that person, but is anyone else a bit fed up with the fact that some KFCs run out of chicken or an item and let you know at the last minute? Also its a popular food chain that sells nothing but chicken , how are you out??
