The line for pizza was backed up into the store, and I have to say that Cara, who was behind the counter, was a ray of sunshine on a cool, windy day. She was totally focused on each customer's needs, treating every individual like a family member. When someone wanted pizza by the slice, she gave them the biggest slices. She made sure to upswell. She did her best to make everyone's experience positive despite the wait. It was the most beautiful part of my day. When I ordered, I told her she was doing a wonderful job. She smiled and said, "You're going to make me cry in front of all these people!" So Cara, I think you are a wonderful person. You stand out in a city like this.
