“Love love love. Our first time here. My partner and I got the garlic pesto turkey sandwich it was so good. The cashier was so kind and patient. Their biggest sandwich size is 8inches. we thought it wouldn’t be enough but it was perfect. Clean and great music selection.“

“The food tastes home made unlike most Chinese restaurants where they taste like they use frozen chicken nuggets. They have huge portions and a friendly staff. They included all the sauces and even things like tea in the bag which was a nice touch. It's definitely worth a try.“

“This is the best Vietnamese food Tracy has had in years. I ordered the Lemongrass Beef Stir Fry with Rice. The aroma and presentation was amazing. The previous owners a couple years ago let the place go, so I’m glad these folks have taken the restaurant to a new level. If you’re looking for a Pho spot that could compete with Viet restaurants in Westminster, give Pho Town a try.“

The food is always fresh and tasty. Fairly priced.
This is pretty much our go to place to eat in Tracy when we eat out.
I've never left disappointed.

Tess said I would enjoy it here and man, she was right!
The bread sticks were made of hopes and dreams. The soup was like a sea of hugs and honest supportive conversation, and the main course made me want to call my mom and tell her I love here. Not because something bas is about to happen, but because something really good just happen. Also, were not italian or anything, im actually half czech half Romanian.

“Had a great time at Peony Seafood Restaurant with three friends. The dim sum was excellent quality, and the staff was very friendly and helpful in guiding us through the menu. The iPad menus with English translations were a nice touch and made ordering easy. I'll definitely be back again soon!“

“This place has thee best sandwiches!! The staff is great, very personal and nice. It's very clean inside, they work fast since we only get 30 minute lunches. The bread bowls are perfect on a cold day as well. I highly recommend this place for lunch, dinner, and catering. Top place for me now!!“
