Place has the trappings of decent 3rd wave coffee shop. Right espresso machine, etc. Had a cappuccino - it was well below average. I did not finish it. Part of issue was the bean quality but the grinder tuning also way off. Such a great opportunity to have a decent coffee shop at that location… I encourage the owner/operators to get expert help. If the hotel that houses it owns it, they should get on the case asap!
We stayed at the hotel above the cafe. And almost didn’t stop. But needed an early morning caffeine fix. And Wowzers…. It was the best coffee we have had in an era of mediocrity. Bold flavor, attentive service, appropriate temp. Go here!!!! You will be blown away and leave caffeinated and satisfied.
