Just not good at all small portions precooked dry pancakes and French toast no flavor and way overpriced

Based on the reviews, Papas and Eggs is a restaurant with a nice ambiance and great servers, close to home. The front patio is nice on a sunny day, and it is a great place to hang out with friends and kiddos with a super chill vibe. The hot chocolate is pretty good, but the food is a hit or miss. The birria chilaquiles were a good intro to chilaquiles but tasted catered to western palates, and the birria was not tender enough. The chilaquiles were pretty good, but the country fried steak was disappointing. A classic American-style breakfast with grilled chicken sausage, roasted potatoes, and two eggs was perfectly fine and satisfying, with well seasoned potatoes. The pancake was quite standard and nothing memorable. The Nutella French toast and kids breakfast plate with maple butter were loved by children. However, the food can be lackluster with mediocre service, and the establishment can be freezing cold inside. The bacon was VERY crispy with an odd taste, the pancake was rubbery, and an omelette was overcooked and dry. Service can be slow, and the prices are considered a little over the top.
