“I had such a wonderful dining experience here. Everything we ordered arrived looking fresh and artfully arranged on the plates. The shrimp tempura was perfectly crisp and made for a great start to our meal.

She has a great attitude, and seemed to just glide around the restaurant with ease, even though it was slammed and chaotic. If you get the privilege to have her as your server, you'll see for yourself. Be sure to take care of her because she will take care of you. This location is lucky to have someone like her there because as we all know, it's incredibly rare these days to go to any establishment and get this level of service, on top of the fact that it was slammed while handling guests orders for dine in there and also managing to-go orders and ringing people up. I had peanut sauce chicken and orange chicken (split the two dishes between him and me). The picture taken is from the orange chicken, which I returned just to have that again. The Thai iced tea with cream is so delicious too! The orange chicken is crispy and made fresh to order making it the best I’ve ever had. This place is a treasure in the area, and worth going to as orange chicken is usually something even picky eaters will like.”

It speaks volumes to me when businesses offer free or discounted products to Veterans regardless of any financial loss especially during times of poor economic conditions. “Mia, our server, was absolutely phenomenal! I genuinely haven’t experienced this level of care and consideration from a server in a very long time. As a former server myself, I was especially impressed by her dedication, friendliness, and commitment to providing outstanding service. She was attentive, kind, and clearly working incredibly hard throughout our entire visit.

Unfortunately, there was one part of our experience that was really upsetting to witness. Our table was directly across from the kitchen, and throughout our meal we could repeatedly hear members of the kitchen staff loudly mocking and making disrespectful comments toward Mia. In particular, there was a kitchen staff member wearing a grey hat whose behavior stood out. I did not get his name, but the comments were loud enough that we, as customers, could clearly hear them from our table.

I obviously don’t know everything that may have been happening behind the scenes, but from what we personally witnessed, we heard and saw nothing from Mia that warranted that kind of treatment, especially in front of guests. In fact, we watched her actively running her tables and working hard while others appeared to be standing around watching her. Despite everything we overheard, Mia remained completely professional. She never complained, never allowed it to affect the service she gave us, and continued treating everyone with a great attitude. I know I personally would have been bothered by being treated that way.

We were there on October 3rd from approximately 12:00–2:00 PM, and I felt this was important enough to mention so management is aware. Aside from our concerns about the behavior coming from the kitchen, Mia was truly exceptional and deserves recognition, and, from what we witnessed this afternoon, a lot more respect than she was being given.”

Even though they weren't open, Jason was incredibly welcoming and kindly offered to make us some drip coffee on the house. While we were inside, I noticed the sweetest lady making fresh, homemade bagels—which happens to be my absolute favorite! The entrees were good, just wish that the chicken taok had a bit more flavor (maybe a bit more well done to add smokey flavor) and the garlic sauce on the side could be better - it was a bit thin consistency and not too garlicy. I also would say giving spoons for the appetizer dips would have been nice for sharing purposes, and maybe steak knives for the mixed plate since the meat is a little tougher to cut with a butter knife.
Prices are great and we left very full. Atmosphere is really nice, bathrooms super clean. Service was a bit slow - the girl was alone on a Saturday. Overall, very happy to have this authentic restaurant, and we will be back.”
