John was just a wonderful sight to see after me being in the ER for 4hrs i was starving and worn down. Carl’s was on the way home.
John, smile and energy immediately lifted me up. He took my order and was very patient and offering different choices for the best for my buck along with accommodating to my food sensitivities.
He told me I was very happy and I told him I just got out of the ER and coming to a smiling face is exactly what I needed.

I have come here a few times and one thing sticks out to me. Daniel , the manager here is always so genuinely nice. He treats the customers as if they are in a high end sit-down restaurant. Then again. The service he provides far exceeds most standards from a sit-down restaurant.
