“Tom catered our wedding 5 years ago. Our guests were all raving about the food and going back for seconds and thirds. His portions were so generous we had a ton of leftover food. The pulled pork was absolutely heavenly! Very professional and he pulled up smoking the meat still which made my venue smell divine! Would absolutely hire him again for a party and have recommended him several times.“

One of the most thoughtful touches was how John made sure my husband and I actually got to enjoy our meal—a rarity for couples on their wedding day! “An absolutely Beautiful Queen Ann Victorian located in the heart of Redlands. What a spectacular event venue hosting Citrus Blossom Market and The Bake off Competition. Highly recommend and a must see to soak in the history and Redlands charm. If these walls could talk.
