“We had a great experience at Bonito Poke! What really stood out was the service — the chef herself served us and was so friendly and thoughtful. My husband and I decided to share our meal, and she kindly plated it on two separate dishes instead of just giving us an extra plate — such a small but meaningful gesture that showed how much she cares about her customers. She also took the time to describe the dishes, which helped us choose what suited our tastes best.

The place had a cozy, welcoming vibe. It’s a bit small inside, but that added to the charm for us. Definitely a hidden gem in American Canyon — we’ll be back!“

“My friend brought me here after she had previously lived in Hawaii. Said I must try it. Food was absolutely delicious and very reasonably priced. The place was not beautiful but I think most people who go here get take-out. Staff was friendly and fast. If you want some great Hawaiian food you should try it.
