Ray's Crab Shack Reviews
Good place to take big groups, went with 11 family member on a Friday night for dinner and they accommodated well. The seafood tastes fresh and the portions are good.
The garlic noodles are a must try.
On the weekdays it's not busy for lunch and they have a great happy hour menu, M-F 2-5pm.
Oysters are fresh and creamy. Edemame came in a big sharing portion.
I like the shrimp and fish tacos, only on the happy hour menu.

Ray's Crab Shack has fantastic food. Their sauce is incredible—perfect to buy to-go for home cooking—and the shrimp, king crab legs, crab cakes, and garlic noodles never disappoint. Ray's Crab Shack offers a seafood lover's dream, with a wide variety of fresh and flavorful options. The garlic noodles, marinated prawns, and seafood boil in Cajun sauce are standout dishes, though the lack of proper cutlery can be a minor inconvenience. The ambiance is nice and romantic, with great service to complement the delicious food. The restaurant has a festive, seafood-themed atmosphere and lots of wait staff to serve guests, making it suitable even during busy times. Portions are generous, and the food is consistently good, with some dishes like the seafood boil and garlic fries receiving praise for their flavor. The seafood boil in Cajun sauce and the Ray's combination bag are popular choices, and customers appreciate that weekday lunch specials offer good deals. The food is delicious, with the crab cakes, whole crab, and shrimp salad being highlights. The spice level can be quite high, and the 3-flavor combo with crab, shrimp, corn, potatoes, and sausage is a favorite. The atmosphere is lively, and the service is attentive, even during busy times. However, some may find the use of plastic flatware and plates for the expensive entrees to be a drawback.
