“This is not a negative comment but more of my opinion. Of course the food is amazing. The ambiance is clean and organized. My issue and maybe this was just my fault. I asked for a chicken soup and the cashier explained that it comes fried I was confused so I asked fried chicken in a soup she probably didnt hear me or I didnt understand her. I said yes to the order. Chicken soup, 4 tacos and a super burito for my family as well. I get the order and I always like to check so I did and didnt see the soup I ordered so I go to the counter and tell the lady I ordered soup she said no you ordered fried chicken with rice and beans I was like no I want the chicken soup. Well didnt want to make things worse I asked if she can just change it and make me the soup, she told me she cant. Again not to make things worse I just told her we'll ill pay for the soup can you make me the soup.(my 4 year old was sick and wanted soup) so it was important to get the soup.
I waited another 10-15 mins to get the soup.
Like I said maybe I didnt explain her what I wanted or she didnt understand me.
After spending $75 on all the meal I felt that she could have just changed for the soup. Repeated the order to make sure the order was correct.
I have worked in fast food industry for many years and I am not saying customer is always right but rules can be bent a little.

“We've been regulars at Tacos Papo for a while now, so decided to use them to cater an outdoor birthday party recently. They absolutely knocked it out of the park! From start to finish, Ana was wonderful to work with, figuring out what works best for us. The food was delicious and a total crowd-pleaser, every single guest loved it. They thoughtfully packed and prepared everything, nothing was missing and everything arrived in perfect order. “I stopped by this food truck one evening for dinner, and as a big taco lover, I try to visit taco trucks or taquerias whenever I can. This truck is located in a gas-station parking lot—actually a fairly large, open space—and the overall setup felt tidy and well maintained.

One thing that gave me slight pause was the salsa and garnishes (lime, cucumber, radish) being kept uncovered and placed close to the road, with cars constantly passing by. I’m not entirely sure about the food-safety aspect there. That said, the truck itself looked clean and organized.

I ordered four tacos—two al pastor (my all-time favorite) and two chorizo. The tacos were served quickly, and I could see the rotating spit for the al pastor, which is always a good sign. The tortillas were proper corn tortillas, and the tacos came with grilled onions and jalapeños on the side. Everything tasted good and satisfying.

They also offer other items like tortas and more, but for me, tacos are always the first choice. While these weren’t the absolute best tacos I’ve ever had, they were still very enjoyable. My standards are admittedly high since I’ve eaten street tacos in Mexico City, so take that into account.

That said, this is a solid taco spot, and I’d definitely recommend stopping by—especially for the al pastor.“

If you’re an Olympic swimmer who just finished a workout then the super burrito here would be perfect for you. I stopped by after a 40 min bike ride and even the regular burrito had me stuffed.

Only possible downside is you’ll sit at a plastic table in a gravel patch shaded by trees. Or in your car in the parking lot just adjacent. But let’s be honest, that’s EXACTLY the vibe what you want from a taco truck :)“

“I got a plain taco for my dog ,a burrito for my wife and a torta de milanesa for myself. When I saw the tacos where made with fresh handmade tortillas I had to take a bite before feeding it to my dog. The milanesa was also very good. My wife enjoyed the burrito. I would have preferred the torta have beans instead of the mayo based sauce, but it was still delicious. 5/5 would recommend. Paid about 40 bucks including tip.“

Glad I was able to try this place out, a bit of a wait but it was worth it. Burrito came with 2 sauces and 1 Lil cup of pickled onion/habanero. Burrito is fine on its own and thats a good thing because the sauces didnt do it for me. Next time I order, im going to ask for no salsa and extra pickled onion/habanero mix because that was delicious!“

“I've been going to The Mexican for years. The food was top notch with an awesome tequila bar. I went in last Saturday, Dec. 21st, 2024 at 5pm and it was empty. That in itself seemed strange. We got seated. No water. No Chips and Salsa. We received menus and that was why it was empty. You're paying for everything at 25% to 45% more than before with many meals and all Combinations GONE. To get a Taco, an Enchilada with Rice and Beans was $38... That's INSANE... We walked out and sadly will never return... He's the same reason Buffalo Bills was a ghost town at 430pm on a Saturday. Went there the day before and it's the same - prices 25% to 50% higher. Out of 3 popular beers. No milk. Menu changes for the worse. Miss Bill and the good food and great atmosphere that used to be since 1983. Another spot I'll never go back to...“
