“Bagdad Café is a legendary Route 66 stop with a cinematic soul. It was made famous by the 1987 cult German-American film of the same name. This roadside diner offers a slice of cinematic history filled with memorabilia, signatures from global travelers, and a warm and welcoming vibe. The decor is delightfully eccentric with business cards on the walls, vintage photos, and a jukebox that still hums with desert charm. Whether you're a movie buff, a road tripper, or just chasing the spirit of the open highway, this place delivers nostalgia. When I visited the Café, only coffee and non-alcoholic cold drinks were available. Andrea Pruett, the owner, is determined to keep the cafe open and running as a tourist attraction for photo opportunities, drinks, and souvenirs, allowing visitors to see the movie's iconic interior.“

“Trucker here. This is my new favorite place, and I’m for sure stopping by next time I’m passing by. Chicken fajita for was delicious and I loved the red soup with it. I also ordered the shrimp plate for to go, and everything was 10/10 great food, great service. Well done 👍“
