“Lovely cafe, with fantastic vegan and vegetarian options. Had breakfast here. Super friendly wait staff. Got a table easel;y. Had a kind of Mexican style hash, with soy chorizo, eggs, cheese, vegetables. Had oat milk too. Easy to park. Get option for Joshua Tree.“
“Delicious food in a fun atmosphere. The servers were friendly but had way too much work to do, so service was pretty slow. The restrooms were absolutely disgusting, so we had to use the restrooms at the Joshua Tree Visitor’s Center across the street.“
“Food is 10/10. The most gluten free-friendly place I've ever been to. Staff was great and happy to help with anything... except the hostess. I'm sure we are not the first to complain about her. People around us were also shocked with how she was speaking to us and the people before us. She does not fit in with the rest of the vibe. She was unbelievably rude and dismissive. Her replies were unprofessional and purposefully unhelpful. She hated being there and we almost left, honestly. I'm glad we stuck through her attitude and we enjoyed the meal but she should not be front of house. (Visited 3/30/24)“
“People working here were super nice and worked so hard to get people seated and served. It was my favorite place we ate at in our week here on vacation. The fried chicken sandwich was yummy and they put it on sourdough like we wanted. The salad I got as a side was fresh and crisp. I wish they had been open for dinner, We needed dinner places. Would go back if I lived here.“
“Nothing super special. Shake was good. Dairy Queen is still the best so far, for shakes. Apparently the burger was quite good, my hubby had one. Pricey for fast food though. But Rockin Horse deal tip (IG @rockin.horse) is to download the app! You get a free shake (can only be redeemed after 4pm)“
“The food was phenomenal. The meat was juicy and the sauce really complemented the flavor. We got the coleslaw and it had an incredible texture and taste. The mac and cheese had a home style and authentic cheese. The bun as well as the hoagie were light and flavorful. The service was amazing. The employees were friendly and helpful.Dietary restrictions: Staff was knowledgeable and there were plenty of gluten free options.“
“The Western diner is the perfect little school around if you are ever craving American food in Yucca. Our family got a variety of sandwiches and wraps, and they were all delicious for lunch. The wraps were crunchy and had fresh vegetables with tender meat to go along with it, and the burger was juicy Greasy and delicious. I also got the peach iced tea, which was amazing because of the fresh fruit added on top. For dessert our family got the Oreo milkshake and it was smooth and creamy. Delicious!“
“our server Sam was THE best!! Give this woman a damn raise- she was patient, kind, got us our food quickly and was communicative if there was any delay in the kitchen. It was busy but was so attentive and helped us purchase the homemade ranch! It was our first time here and we loved it.Give. Sam. A. Raise.“
“It's an old school diner. Stopped in for breakfast. Everyone was welcoming. Service was great. Food was home cooked. Pricing fair for what we ordered. I had the sausage patty and eggs with biscuits and gravy and home fries. Coffee kept coming. Definitely have cash because we paid with card and no option to tip and when we asked cash tips only.“
“For sure try and get an inside seat, the ambiance is to die for. Super cute and exactly what you want to experience in Joshua tree. Order the double deuce, pancakes, hash browns, bacon, and eggs. Giving classic American breakfast, it was enough for me and my gf but if u was hungry enough i could probably have it all my self. The pancakes are HUGE“
