Lucas, in particular, has helped us many times and delivers some of the best customer service I’ve experienced anywhere. He’s genuinely friendly, makes you feel like an old friend, and puts together an amazing ice cream creation every time.

The ice cream is consistently phenomenal. They rotate in new flavors regularly while keeping the classics around. My personal favorite? Cookie dough—can’t go wrong with it.

“I took my wife to this La Michoacana location tonight because we were in the area and she wanted ice cream. She decided to get the paletas de leche which is the Mexican French Vanilla popsicles. She really liked the ice cream and the flavor. Before we left she decided she wanted the agua fresca smoothie so I brought it for her. We had a great time here and the customer service was great.“

When we came tonight an hour before they close, they were not busy at all. There was only one lady working tonight. I got a small strawberry smoothie and my wife got her medium cappuccino blast. It took awhile for her to make our drink but we were understanding. Another guest came after us and waited for the lady to finish making our drink.

Our drinks were good and we didn't have a bad experience here.“

“Great mom and pop place for anything juices, shaved ice , ice cream and hot chocolate!I got a Lulo juice,(not pictured) which is a subtle citrus yet earthy tea like shake that was right up my alley. I don't like overbearing sweetness. And since this shops main ingredients are 100% natural. It's perfect for my taste.I also got a shaved ice lemonade (pictured) which was perfect. I can taste the whole lemon essence with a perfect amount of sweetness!My brother got a hot chocolate (pictured) And it was phenomenal. A slightly gritty drink but all cocoa chocolate. Almost like a abuelitas chocolate mix. But way less sweet and more coco forward. Highly highly recommend.Overall if I lived near and frequented the mall I'd always get something from here. “From the moment we walked into Yogurtland in San Fernando, we were greeted with warm and friendly service. The staff always makes us feel welcome, and the store is consistently clean and well-stocked with a variety of delicious flavors. Thankfully, they had my favorite—Plain Tart!

The topping bar is always fresh and full of choices, but I personally love sticking to the fresh fruits—strawberries, blueberries, and mango are my go-to’s.

“I I think Kevin is his name but he is awesome. Any place that will help a person with mental disabilities is a plus in my book. A homeless woman came in while I was there and she got a tiny little cup for free and then I gave her $5 and she came back in and ended up getting an actual small cup and filled it to the rim with a few strawberries on top which was definitely over $5 and he still gave it to her for $5 and I think that is amazing. Also they have graham cracker for the yogurt which I feel most places don't have it but is definitely needed with my yogurt.“

“My wife and I stopped by this Raspado Xpress location because she wanted her Strawberry Raspado. We found parking easily in the plaza this store is in. I got their nachos with jalapenos. The lady working made our order quick and we took it home to eat. My wife loved her strawberry Raspado but my nacho chips were very stale. It was old or sat out for too long.“

“I stopped by this DQ inside Northridge mall today because I wanted a soft serve ice cream. I walked past this DQ store so many times but never walked inside to look at their menu. Today was the day, so when I walked in they were not busy at all. I was looking at their menu and saw their plain cone option which is their version of soft serve in a cone. So I went with that and got a small size. It was pricer than I expected but I guess because it was in the mall. The plain vanilla in a cone was good though and you get a good amount. I was happy with my selection to end my day at the mall.

Parking: There a ton of parking spots here from parking garage to parking lot because it's inside the mall.
