So sad. This place used to be really good! Today was not one of those days. The only saving grace is the fact that they serve Lavazza brand coffee. Food overall sucked. Lentil soup lacked flavor, roasted chicken and tomato pannini was dry, my daughter's chicken pesto pannini tasted like the grill hadn't been cleaned in a month (or longer), and my wife's calamari burger was more bun than calamari. Walked in to order a $15 turkey sandwich "to go". Specifically asked for Dijon - of course when I opened the bag, there was no mustard on the sandwich and no fork for my salad. Not a memorable experience.
