Nice place, but easier to take a ride share than drive and park.
Wonderful beach, walking path, shops, restaurants with views. We were lucky and had beautiful weather! I look forward to visiting again soon!
Newport Beach in my opinion is one of the best beaches for young families. The beach itself is flat, easy to walk on, and continues out into the water. Small waves that run along the beach make it easy and confidence-building for the little ones. Very clean, bathrooms are close, and lifeguards are present and very active. Parking is the only factor that might take a bit. You have to cruise the parking lot to find someone pulling out.

Newport Beach and Pier's speakeasy bar, Beachball, offers a cozy and intimate atmosphere for a great night out. With a pool table in the back, it's a perfect spot to chat with strangers and enjoy a drink. The bartenders, including Jenn and Aaron, are known for their excellent service and friendly personal touch. Locals and tourists alike enjoy the great ambiance, making it a popular spot in the area. The early opening hours are an added bonus. Beachball has been a favorite for over five years, and visitors look forward to returning for the excellent service and welcoming atmosphere.
