I was there yesterday (9/28/21) to pickup my coffee& breakfast, line was pretty busy and suddenly system crashed, i was expecting no service anymore since system was done, but steve the manager handled the situation so professionally, he gladly offered free food and drink and was helping his staffs to continue giving service to customers!! He was so friendly and welcoming!!!
Nice, accommodating staff. Very comfortable chairs and sturdy tables for doing some work, etc. I liked the layout of the place. Just be aware that they share the small parking lot with a bagel eatery right next door and so space at certain times may be a bit of an issue. So handy when waiting to pick up or even drop off guests and family at the airport to spend a little more time with them if a reason necessitates that.

Patrick is so thoughtful and awesome! He's gone above and beyond every time I've been there. He kindly offered to keep an eye out for my arrival so he can start making my doppio drink so it stays hot since I do the mobile order.I live over 20 mins away but this location is one of the locations on my way to work and although there's one that's not too far away-I will continue coming here because the simple, kind gesture of Patrick. He deserves a raise!
