Cellador has long been a top-rated brewery amongst beer fans/snobs, but their niche is very particular: They produce barrel-fermented sour beers, so if you're looking for a hard seltzer, Czech pilsner, or triple imperial pastry stout, this isn't the brewery for that. Love this place, this is my first time here at Cellador Ales and had an amazing experience. They make tasty amazing saison, wild ales and sours. The quality of their Ales production is high at the top ? I didn't expect that I'm gonna find a place makes this style of Ales at this level. Highly recommend and of course I'll be back soon. Thanks Santos for an amazing experience.

Ok, that this review with the caveat that I'm not the biggest fan of sours, but I went with one of my friends who is. First off, the space is adorable! It was a hot day, so I appreciated that they definitely had good A/C and a bunch of tables both inside and outside. I appreciated how friendly and helpful the server was! He was so knowledgeable!
