“I am 65 years old. We had dinner at Humble Bird Saturday night. I have never, repeat, NEVER had chicken this good. Crisp, juicy (but not dripping like other places), no grease in sight. We got mild, but used the hot honey supplied and what a combination of flavors. We also got potato salad and slaw. Both great additions to an already wonderful meal. The staff was really friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. The place was spotless. I live north of Seattle, but would consider driving down just for more of their chicken...Well, and to visit my kids.“

Aleksandra, Sadee, Corrina and The rest of the staff are a lot of fun we spent a lot of time asking them about which pole I should try. I finally settled on the ribeye steak bowl with no rice… I had to have the garlic Serano sauce which Karina made clear was her favorite and turned out to be mine too but I had to add a couple packets of hot sauce the grapefruit drink I was enjoying was perfect with the spicy flavor and the meat was cooked to perfection! the store is kept very clean! Waba Wednesday means two chicken bowls for $12.99!“

I find that ridiculous because in my opinion, a sauce can enhance the taste of food but if a fried chicken has no flavor without sauce.... I don't know what to say... KFC, Popeyes -- you can have their fried chicken without sauce and still enjoy it.... Sorry Raising Cane's Chicken, this doesn't mean your fried chicken is bad... I was out in the world longer than I wanted to be and pulled off at the truck stop LATE to see if I could roll up on a cute food truck or a drive thru for some late night vittles. ?Most things were closing or closed. The BOH and FOH are always on it for this reason I give this canes location 5 stars in every aspect. Who ever the General Manager is, he or she is doing an outstanding job. “Quite a drive from LA but we think it's worth it because the food here is very good. They opened quite early in the morning and we went for breakfast. Drinks are amazing. The fries are really good. Fried chicken is also very delicious. The waffle was my favorite. They also have donuts, which are also delicious. Server was very friendly and looked very happy. A lot of seating inside.“

“I come here about three times a week before starting my shift at work (1pm), and I have no complaints about the food or staff, but someone needs to fix how they constructed the parking spaces and drive-thru. During lunch, there's a line for the drive-thru (which is fine. That's what a drive-thru is for), but the line blocks the customers parked in their parking space trying to get out. I paid for my food in the drive-thru lane, but then I couldn't get out due to the horrible placement of this drive-thru.

9/23/24 update: 9 years later, I returned, and I am happy they solved their drive-thru dilemma. Their food is still cooked to perfection and delicious, and their customer service is still excellent. I will be coming here more often.“

“They have the best gorditas around! It’s been a min since I’ve been back. Arrived on a Monday late afternoon and no one was there. Oh yes, call ahead if you want to order the gorditas. Like I mentioned previously they make it from scratch so it takes some time. The lady on the phone said my to go order would take 20 mins. Decided to eat it there and my heart melt! The salsa is bomb, the food is bussin, come support small businesses!

I noticed that they finally have indoor seating, limited to 20 guests at a time. The tables are spaced out a considerable distance. I guess that's fair, as the bowl is pretty decently sized.On to the food: The chicken was really good. A great combination of sweet and heat (4/10 on the spicy scale. Anyone who likes spicy stuff should find it satisfying, though it's not super hot, which is a good thing). The veggies are steamed or blanched - can't tell. Either way, they're crispy while still being cooked. I liked them a lot.All in all, come stop by if you're craving a decent rice bowl. “This is our neighborhood El Pollo Loco and have even had them cater for a family party. Always fast and consistent food. The service is always polite and patient with those trying to decide what to order. \nThe chicken pieces are always hot and juicy however if you put some in the refrigerator and go to eat it the next day (even if you warm it in the microwave) the chicken is then dry and all I can say is, eat El Pollo within an hour after getting the chicken as it really is pretty tough the next day!“
