So my mom and I came to pick up our food order for my sons 2nd bday and this young man kindly got our order and was ready to help us out take it to our car until this old lady on her phone sitting down told him to just leave it and that we can take it out ourselves . To us that was very rude . It wasn’t even about how much we just spent on food but how she said was uncalled for . You don’t say that in front of any customer . I am a loyal customer of Lilian’s and I consider it my kitchen outside of home. I go there for my favorite dishes but I strongly suggest for them to keep it like home cooked not commercialized. The place needs improvement with the quality of meat that they are serving. Extremely fatty adobo, dinuguan, Bicol express and some other dishes.
