“My favorite place for chilequiles! So much food for great price. Forgot to take a picture before I started eating because its just so good! Chilequiles are in strips which are so much easier to eat too. My hubby got a torta and they gave it to him in a heart ❤️.“

“Every other store is at least 20 minutes the wrong direction, and then you have to drive all the way back in one lane traffic. The convenience is amazing compared to the unnecessary driving. Obviously, it caters to the Mexican cuisine, fresh veggies and some of the biggest avocados around or buy a freshly made pint of guacamole. The deli menu is scrumptious. The breakfast burritos are my daughter's favorite. You can literally park right next to the front door. The staff is ready & helpful and you know how rare that is these days. Yes, I said a lot of nice things because I shop there frequently. Lots of cold drinks, no booze but that is handled a few steps away at the neighboring store.“

“We stopped in here on Labor Day after a day at the water park and it was absolutely delightful! Alhandra greeted us as soon as we walked in the door and was so sweet and friendly! We were very indecisive on what kind of ice cream we wanted because they have an incredible selection to choose from! She offered us taste samples of what we debated on and was very patient with us while we couldn’t decide! We narrowed it down to the queso ice cream and it was honestly some of the best ice cream I’ve ever had. My son loved this ice cream shop and we will definitely be coming back here again! Thank you Alhandra for being so kind and welcoming to me and my family????❣️“

“I have been meaning to visit this play some 10 years ago... Maybe back then, it would been a great experience, however, the place looks a bit run down and needs a major renovation.
However, the food was good and beer was cold...

“I've been coming to this place going on like 5 years now and I never get tired of it. They are always evolving with new secret menu items and the tried and true classics. My favorite is the El Chapo, a fully loaded, bacon wrapped, asada burrito. Their beer selection cannot be beat as they always have new beers to satisfy everyone's ABV preference, I'm all about the high IPAs. The restaurant is always clean and the staff are all wonderful, highly recommend“

The prices should make the competition reconsider. Look at the size of the servings I got for the price was unbelievable. “Was looking for a good fish tacos place nearby and these fish tacos were great! Some of the best I've ever had. Toppings and sauces all flavorful. The red and green salsas were great with green being my favorite. I also got a shrimp cocktail and though the flavor of the cocktail itself was good. The giant shrimp at the bottom didn't have much flavor and for 20 bucks for that alone I expected more. The area is a little sketchy too which made me take my order to go. All in all I really enjoyed the fish tacos at least and would go back for that alone.“

“This is my favorite Rubio's mostly because of the staff that work there. We are regulars and they are all so friendly and accommodating. The food is always fresh and they get the orders correct on the 1st try. I love that the menu changes periodically so you can try new things. They have good deals and reasonable prices. Easy parking, inside and outside seating and clean and tidy. Special shout-out to the manager Jorge and the assistant manager but they have all been amazing to us over the years. Keeps us coming back. I love this place!!!“

I got a breakfast but the eggs was burn, no flavor I got two different dishes the two was the same, burned and is supposed when you asked for some drink like coffee, juice, or shake it's the first thing is served and they why have to wait for the dish.“

“Seems like most customers don't know you need to walk to the second counter to communicate to the cook how you want your food made. Creates frustration for the cook and other customers as he calls out order numbers and has to wait for customers to realize they need to communicate how they want their food made.

My recommendation is to either standardized orders (burritos come with the following: Rice, beans, onions, cilantro, (meat of your choice) cheese, crema)
Or make sure its communicated at the register to each customer that the need to go to the cook.“

“As a general rule, I NEVER go to restaurants in gas stations. My buddy said "trust me". Good decision! It's a small place, but clean and pleasant. The al pastor tacos were delicious. The pork was tender and juicy. The cilantro and onions were fresh and crunchy. The salsa was freshly made and just the right amount of heat. The rice and beans were loaded with flavor. They even let me use the restroom which is kept clean. It's only a cash establishment but if you don't have cash you can zelle them. I drove about 25 minutes and left happy. Gets busy. Will definitely return to try other dishes. Good portions too.“

“I love the food but last night I wasn't so happy because we went drive thru and ask for trio-fries that was only thing on my order pulled up to the window paid drove then got home open the box it was only asda fries No shimp no chicken so we took my it back with both receipts and they took it back the just added lost more cheese and the shrimp & chicken and mind u whole time the fries are just sitting and they didn't make order fresh again like the manger would have told them so when we got we didn't enjoy like we usually do but it was much cheese and the fries were soggy this happen 1:30am 8/9/25“

“This was our first time. Although it was the middle of the afternoon on a Sunday the place was very busy. Staff didn't always speak English but they quickly found someone who did. The food was excellent and we were well taken care of. Definitely worth going back. Surprised to learn they have been open almost 10 years but until they started to list on OpenTable we had no idea.“
