“The reason four stars is because sometimes the service personnel seems bored, annoyed or rote. I find this a little annoying but accept it because I like the food and they're usually young. The sandwiches are great and being able to choose the condiments is a plus. They also serve green tea as well as all the various soda. I prefer the tea and it's usually fresh.“

“I ordered a sandwich online at Subway and arrived at the store at the designated pickup time. However, the team member told me that my order was not ready and that he needed to work on it. I was disappointed because I had arrived on time and I was expecting to pick up my order right away.I understand that the team members at Subway are under pressure to meet certain time goals. However, I believe that it is important to provide customers with accurate information about the pickup time. If my order was not going to be ready at the designated time, I would have appreciated being told that ahead of time.In addition, I was very disappointed by the unprofessional behavior of the two team members who were working on my order. They were whispering something to each other in a low voice and smirking, as if they were amused by the fact that I had to wait. This was very disrespectful and made me feel like I was not being taken seriously.I would like to recommend that Subway train their team members on how to handle customer expectations and how to behave in a professional manner. This would help to ensure that customers are treated with respect and that their concerns are addressed in a timely manner.Thank you for your time.“

“Well I love to eat here ...but this time I asked for the juice . And they said they could give it. I was bothered because I always get the same thing 14 yrs in a row. These robots can't think out the box . I was sooo disappointed I drove 1 hr and 18 minutes to the one in riverside....they did it right.

Kid-friendliness: My son broght in a water cup from mc Donald's they did not mind and we're very nice to him. (7) yes old. 5 ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐“

“Went a few weeks ago when the GM was in. The workers are always excellent and super helpful, but the GM could always lower their voice and not shout at customers something they said out loud they already know. It’s a sandwich shop, no need to be disrespectful.“

“This subway is located inside shell gas station, but there's still a section to have a seat and eat if need be. This subway makes great sandwiches, they don't just throw everything inside the sub all sloppy, and you don't have to keep saying can you add more this or more that because they are not stingy with the ingredients, they put a fair amount. I've been to some subways where they literally are so stingy with the ingredients that there are gaps, and you can see the bread. It's ridiculous, especially since the price is up there now.Anyway this subway is great, great service, great employees!“
