“The reason four stars is because sometimes the service personnel seems bored, annoyed or rote. I find this a little annoying but accept it because I like the food and they're usually young. The sandwiches are great and being able to choose the condiments is a plus. They also serve green tea as well as all the various soda. I prefer the tea and it's usually fresh.“

“This subway is located inside shell gas station, but there's still a section to have a seat and eat if need be. This subway makes great sandwiches, they don't just throw everything inside the sub all sloppy, and you don't have to keep saying can you add more this or more that because they are not stingy with the ingredients, they put a fair amount. I've been to some subways where they literally are so stingy with the ingredients that there are gaps, and you can see the bread. It's ridiculous, especially since the price is up there now.Anyway this subway is great, great service, great employees!“

“Hands down to Rafael!!!! By far some of the best customer service I’ve had in awhile. My daughter and I went in to grab dinner and the line was so long… Rafael was the only worker and he had online pick ups as well. He did such a great job. He was very professional, quick, accurate, made sure to address everyone, and did it with a smile!!!!! And he Wished everyone a Happy Holidays as they left. We definitely need more “ Rafael’s”. “I ordered a sandwich online at Subway and arrived at the store at the designated pickup time. However, the team member told me that my order was not ready and that he needed to work on it. I was disappointed because I had arrived on time and I was expecting to pick up my order right away.I understand that the team members at Subway are under pressure to meet certain time goals. However, I believe that it is important to provide customers with accurate information about the pickup time. If my order was not going to be ready at the designated time, I would have appreciated being told that ahead of time.In addition, I was very disappointed by the unprofessional behavior of the two team members who were working on my order. They were whispering something to each other in a low voice and smirking, as if they were amused by the fact that I had to wait. This was very disrespectful and made me feel like I was not being taken seriously.I would like to recommend that Subway train their team members on how to handle customer expectations and how to behave in a professional manner. “After spending an hour or so wandering around The Mall of Victor Valley, trying to locate several items we needed for our RV camping and expedition of Southern California communities, we struck out. As we were heading for the parking lot, noted Charleys Cheesesteaks establishment. My traveling companion suggest we should purchase a couple of these Cheesesteaks sandwiches as they would be excellent for supper. Concurred with her suggestion. Entered Charleys and was greeted by a very pleasant young lady at the counter. Her beautiful smile, friendly personality, spoke volumes about this establishment. Eatery is well lit, and clean. Outstanding customer service. Charleys is primarily a Cheesesteak fast food restaurant with a menu of numerous distinctive styles of cheesesteak sub. One has the option of choosing from the Fiesta Cheesesteak, Ultimate Club, Chicken Buffalo, Pepperoni Cheesesteak, Chicken California. Bacon Cheesesteak. Chicken Teriyaki, Turkey Cheddar Melt, Italian Deluxe, Veggie Delight, and the Chicken Philly, Every cheesesteak is grilled to the customers preference. Sandwich are stuffed with meats, melted white cheese and an assortment of different vegetables. Meat is seasoned with salt, pepper, and other assorted spices. All this is stacked in a toasted sub roll. Lettuce, tomato. Pickles and mayonnaise are optional and available if desired. After reviewing the menu and speaking with the counter lady, we placed our order for a Fiesta Cheesesteak and Chicken Teriyaki. Both sandwiches were delivered to use within a 20-minute period, The Fiesta Cheesesteak with its Tex-Mex seasoned steak, zesty Pepper Jack cheese, spicy “hot” jalapeños, grilled sliced green peppers, and onions. Lettuce and tomato slices were included. Outstanding in taste, and quality. The Chicken Teriyaki Cheesesteak: with its taste of sweet and tangy all in one sandwich is phenomenal. This chicken cheesesteak was packed with grilled chicken, and onions. Chicken is infused with a sweet teriyaki sauce. To cut the sweetness of the teriyaki sauce, a layer of sharp melted Swiss cheese is placed on top of the chicken., Toasted roll was the perfect host for this fantastic sandwich. Another sensational hit. After indulging in our delicious cheesesteak sandwiches, you now have two additional fans of your sandwiches. Prices are extremely reasonable for a formidable meal. Based on our meal, would highly recommend Charleys to everyone who is a fan of cheesesteak sandwiches.“
