“My first try with this place and I am pleasantly surprised!! First, to find fired chicken at a gas station/convenience store. And second, to find that it is way better, IMHO than KFC or many of the other fried chicken places that I have tried on both coasts.I wholeheartedly recommend this store for your fried chicken needs.By the way the customer service was excellent as well.“

“The waitstaff at this McDonald's provided exceptional service by being friendly and accommodating to our needs. In addition, the food was fresh at 1pm, which is unusual for many McDonalds given that the quality of some of their cuisine is quite dubious. Overall, the ambiance was pleasant, although it appeared as though the restaurant had not been cleaned in a while because one of the tables was covered in food waste and the restrooms had a terrible stench.“
“Be careful if you're using your app and make an order that it does not default to your home Carl's.The manager helped us make an order but didn't check which restaurant the order was being prepared for. After we made the order I realized that the manager had not checked the location of the restaurant and it was ordered for our home restaurant 4 hours away.We tried to cancel the order but the app was not working after several tries. I asked her what we should do and she suggested I call my hometown restaurant in Canyon Country, California. I called the hometown restaurant and they refused to help. That manager refused to cancel my order. She told me I had to call "them" without specifying who "them" was. Then she hung up on me before the issue was resolved. My card was charged.Using the app I wrote to Carl's headquarters and explained the situation. Within a couple of days they refunded my order and apologized for the poor performance and behavior of the manager in Canyon Country.“

“I’ve been coming here for years. Though I do not live in the area it’s a great place to get a sandwich before going to Yosemite. I used to be a Yosemite area regional transit bus driver. Our bus stop was right in front of the store today I went and had a sandwich made by a new hire, he did not ask if I wanted mayonnaise or mustard on my sandwich and I forgot to ask myself. It was a bit dry but still a fresh and tasty sandwich. I really do enjoy the oatmeal raisin cookies.Wheelchair accessibility: It was right in front, but taken by others.“
“My order was correct, food was satisfying, served with a friendly smile, and I felt I had a nice experience. I liked the sign that said "You Matter" taped to the drive thru window. But I feel that advertising to sell dog food at the restaurant was a little too much...“
“I used to enjoy Jack in the Box. I have noticed that within the last year the service is poor and sometimes down right rude. Tonight I placed my order and watched as Amanda was mopping the floors then without washing her hands handle the food all while the manager stood by. I think that is it for me. I don’t think I can eat there ever again. They need someone from corporate to act as a random customer and see it for themselves.“
