Grateful we have this place! It smells amazing when you walk in. 5 injera for $6, so much better than making my own or getting them by mail order. The injera are my favorite I have had, they seem a little extra stretchy and fresh. I also got a pound of berber. You go through it quick because you use it by the quarter cup not the teaspoon. I had a wonderful experience here yesterday! I am a Shiro aficionado and when I entered the shop I asked if they sold shiro powder. The lovely lady was kind and stated yes! She directed me to the fridge section! She gave me a shiro recipe and suggested I watch a YouTube video (after I expressed that it was cooking Shiro for the first time). Went here for the first time when preparing to cook Ethiopian food for the first time. The injera was soft and fluffy, super fresh! The lady at the front was kind and patient with me as I tried to pronounce items correctly. She knew exactly what I needed and was extremely helpful.
