Based on reviews, Amici's East Coast Pizzeria at the Adeline Food Hall offers a mixed experience. The food is good but nothing exceptional. One customer ordered an east coast white clam pizza with a crispy, well-blistered crust as requested, but found the dough way over salted. Another delivery order of a large Amici's Combo and a mini Pepperoni Pizza arrived with issues: the mini pizza was missing the pepperoni, the large pizza slices were not cut all the way, and there wasn't enough tomato/marinara sauce on the Combo. A different delivery order from this phantom kitchen resulted in toppings sliding off a $40 pie because it was placed on its edge. However, the customer service is absolutely outstanding. One person called back to correct ingredient information, showing great attention to detail. Despite the food problems, some will order again because of this service.
