Loved the ambiance of Commis and the staff are extremely friendly. The Commis old fashion was prob the best style old fashion I ever had. The tables are perfectly lit to set an intimate mood with really comfortable chairs and craftsmanship of tables. Amazing service. I'm comparing the food to other fine dining experiences including Per Se, Daniel, La Bernardin, Eleven Madison Park, é, etc. Some of the dishes had minor adjustments needed, but overall the dishes and execution were appreciated. Loved the amuse bouche, the take on the egg and bread, and the pork ball which was also reminiscent of another Vietnamese dish, banh cuon. Thank you for hosting such an amazing date!
