“My wife and I finally made it to this spot.

The drinks were great, the music was okay... but dance worthy. The crowd was okay too. However, it is located in Berkeley, so it is understandable for the crowd type. We sat at the bar major of the night, but danced around our seating area. People were friendly and welcoming.

Had a slight issue whey the bartender and what I noticed he was doing for some, but not others. However, he and I spoke and he rectified the issue. Hopefully, we won't have any issues moving forward in the area of the issue that I brought forth.

Other than that, we will go back again. Maybe on a Saturday to see if it is a diffrent vibe,“

“It was just the sort of down to earth place I had been looking for. They have an assortment of domestic bottled beer for $5, as well as liquor, etc. Met several nice and friendly people the first time I was there, and I was only there an hour or so.“

“You know, I was among a select group who were regulars there from 1997 - 2008, which is arguably the heyday of the bar. In fact, I bought so many drinks and merchandise there for myself and my friends that I fully expect a bronze plaque to be placed on the bar because fer chrissakes, if you people had kids I would have put them through medical school by now. I even have a photo on the patio of my mother and me at the pre-wedding party they held for my ex and me. How about we get some of the past patrons to help out by adding photos to your gallery?
