We ordered a whole roast suckling pig from Sun Hing and were very pleased. We served it as part of a Vietnamese 1st birthday celebration (the desserts surrounding the pig in the picture were homemade). I ordered the pig 8 days in advance, and paid a deposit in cash. The whole pig was $240. The pig had a perfect crispy skin, and juicy meat. It was definitely on the saltier side, but I think that's fairly typical for the dish. Overall so far 3/5, so rounded up to 4 from what I've eaten there so far...I've only done take out here once so far and I'll admit to it being pretty decent enough for me to try out a few more dishes from this place just to see how good they are or aren't. But, my usual go to in Chinatown had a huge line to the point I just wanted to grab and go and this was on the way to Bart.
