Incredible food. Every. single. time. Super flavorful, great ingredients and just made with so much love (you can taste it). The plantains are always so ripe and sweet. They have wonderful service and a nice outdoor space to dine as a different option to sitting inside. My favorite is the fried goat with rice+beans and sweet plantains. The griot is amazing too. It pains my soul to have to leave a bad review for a black owned business. I paid $25 for a meager plate and food was cold. The chicken was cold and not flavorful. The rice was bland. The plantain and slaw was the best thing going. I am not happy at all. I could have went to Nola’s and got a better plate of food.
