I really respect that they have been serving our local community for so long and I think it’s important to support the local mom and pop businesses like this one. After my Jiu Jitsu lesson at Growth Mindset Collective, which is just up the street from this donut shop, I like to grab a donut from here.“

“I always get great service from really nice people. My drinks have always been great... Until today. I received what I would call coffee flavored milk. (BTW I don't like milk much) The guy handed me my coffee super dark and I asked if he remembered the cream(honest mistake) He says,"oh yeah I'm sorry" and I watch him pull out a container that looked like a milk jug but assumed it must be cream. Go to my car and yuk! Awful milk. I sat there thinking until I convinced myself I didn't want to take this drink and took it inside. Another guy was there and I told him it tasted like milk and I wanted sweet cream. He asks me if I want a new or more sweet cream and I know it tasted too much like.. IT WAS MILK. He remakes it and while he's doing that he hear the first guy tell him, "I need sweet cream". He put his head down and then proceeded to make my drink without looking at my old order cup(since he tossed it in the trash). I watch him add the SAME 'cream' from the fridge below as the first guy does. He hands it to me and it doesn't have cinnamon dulce on top. He says he's sorry and before I say anything he adds cinnamon powder. I take it to my car, take a drink and it's WORSE than the first. Barely tastes like coffee at all but instead tasted like?? You guessed it.. MILK!!! This time I'm fairly sure he missed my 6 shots. Ok I'm not a complainer. But I enjoy my $12 coffee and spend over $200 on just coffee from Starbucks per month, easily. This is my first time giving in and complaining. My problem being, WHY LIE ABOUT IT?! TELL ME YOU'RE OUT OF SWEET CREAM SO I CAN DECIDE WHAT TO DO FOR MYSELF!!! ?“

“I stopped by to grab a bite before heading to Oakland. I ordered the croissant, sausage, egg, and cheese sandwich with potato rounds, and a blueberry donut iced coffee. Aurora was so nice she was able to substitute the creamer with oatmilk. She was so nice with great customer service!“

“They get 5 stars for being inconsiderate and unempathetic business owners. Their pastries are overly sweet, lack flavor, and are overloaded with sugar. I used to visit with my husband, eager to support the new Paris Baguette in Brentwood, hoping for the same great service as their San Jose location. However, the pastries here look stale, and the service is terrible. I don't blame the employees; it's clearly a management issue.

The safety standards are also poor—I injured my finger and ruined my nail due to a lack of safety locks on their drawers(posted video on yelp - https://yelp.to/dVMYOEhcQ9). I’m so sad to find out that my nails are forever ruined. My husband tried to reach out to management but was completely ignored (I attached his review; this is how they treat their customers—no response, not even an apology!). Horrible food, terrible service, and unsafe conditions! I do not recommend this location to anyone, especially considering their unsafe and unhealthy practices.

I recently discovered another place called Dore’s Cafe if you are looking for high-quality pastries. Their strawberry cream cake and Napoleon pastries are a thousand times better than those here, with just the right amount of sweetness. I'm still exploring more of their offerings, but they are already proving to be a much better choice.

Vegetarian options: Do not recommend

Kid-friendliness: This place has some serious safety concerns. Be extra careful when opening the pastry doors as it smashed my finger really badly, and the owners were completely indifferent when I brought this up. No apology! I wouldn't recommend this location due to safety hazards and irresponsible franchise owners/management. Plus, the pastries taste old and bland compared to other locations. If you want to try Paris Baguette, go to Dublin or Concord. The ambiance, food, service, and selection are far better.

For a great local alternative, try Dore's Cafe. Their pastries are superior with less sweetness. I posted video on my other yelp review of those drawers - https://yelp.to/dVMYOEhcQ9 So if an adult can get hurt by those, definitely not suitable for kids.“

“Nice Starbucks with outdoor seating a plus. One negative is if you are there in the early afternoon a large number of students occupy almost all the seats in the cool air conditioned inside area. There may be 6 tables inside. There are 2 bathrooms ? there.

Parking: Good parking option outside. Also this Starbucks has a drive thru as well“

I was having a long day and totally forget about my scan pay lol. That was so sweet of her. She was a sweet young lady with glasses, wish I caught her name. All the employees were very nice. I told my daughter about kindness and told her to give the employee her $10 and tell her thank you. The employee said "no, it's okay". I just wanna say thanks. “Came yesterday with my mom. We both ordered a bacon avocado toast, I ordered a Cinnamon bun Latte and my mom ordered a some kind of Mocha. The employee who helped us was really nice, very polite. Recommended my mom a drink. The wait wasn't too long but when we went to leave and my mom was asking for a bag the other employee who was near her ignored her for a minute, another customer had to point her out, then the employee was kind of terse about it.“

“When I attended high school, I was always so excited when I had Willys money! During both my pregnancy’s, they were always my number one craving! In 2021, we moved across the US and I was so sad that there wasn’t one out here. In March 2023 my husband went home on business and drove 45 minutes out of his way to bring me some home! When there, he found out they SHIPPED! I just received my first order and I am so happy. It tastes like home. Thank you Scott for making this easy! I am so appreciate for you!“
