“Love this donut shop! I work late and when I get off early mornings I wait till they open, sometimes 40 mins. I crave these donuts. Fresh, sweet, and made with love and cleanliness. The owners are very sweet and smiling. Please if you happen to visit or have gone here before speak with them. Yes they're there to get ur order but a simple hi how are you? Or a good morning wouldn't hurt. Thank you guys for making such quality foods.
Ps. My favorite are the chocolate donuts with custard and a strawberry milk 😍“

“Always a pleasant experience and fresh selection. And they still make an authentic Glazed Old Fashioned with a donut skirt instead of just drizzling glaze on a donut. Hot coffee to go and usually a few old timer Regulars at the patio table and chairs to wish you a Good Morning!“

“I’ve been coming here with my family for years now and never had a problem with the service or quality of food. The donuts are delicious, and the service is fast, easy, and polite. This is a small, family-owned business, so I am always proud to support.

The only thing I would change about Sunshine Doughnut is their lack of vegan and gluten-free options. I know that since this is a small business, it may be more difficult for them to introduce these options, but we live in California, and there’s many people who would benefit from food catering to their dietary needs, including myself.

Nevertheless, I love Sunshine Doughnut and recommend it to anybody in the Brentwood area looking for a quick sweet treat. You won’t regret coming here.“

“Their donuts are soft & delicious! They had a variety of different donuts. They are a tad pricey. Menu prices for breakfast, lunch, coffee & donuts (single, half dozens, & dozens) are shown in a huge menu on the wall behind the counter. Not sure why someone posted it wasn’t available. Customer service was great. I definitely will go back!“

“I stopped by to grab a bite before heading to Oakland. I ordered the croissant, sausage, egg, and cheese sandwich with potato rounds, and a blueberry donut iced coffee. Aurora was so nice she was able to substitute the creamer with oatmilk. She was so nice with great customer service!“
