Big portions and extra gravy.
The patties are actuality seasoned too lol.
Not a fan of runny eggs but they can cook it a little extra if asked.

“I tried the tonkatsu ramen at Ramen 101 in Pittsburg and it was really good. I’m very picky when it comes to ramen spots, so I don’t say this lightly. The tonkatsu ramen had great flavor, the broth was rich, and everything tasted well balanced. This is definitely one of those places I’d go back to without hesitation. Ramen 101 is now my go-to ramen spot for sure.“

“4 stars and not 5 purely because of the atmosphere inside. It’s very clean, there are just some boxes stacked around. The service was fast and very friendly! And the food was delicious! I had tonkatsu ramen and my boyfriend had seafood ramen. We both said it was 10/10! Would come back here again!“
