“Yes the food is beyond amazing, presented beautifully, and the ingredients of dish are explained. You can dine in their sweet terrace, or inside at the bar and watch them create. “This cafe is a hidden gem! My flight was cancelled and on the way to the parking lot, stopped for a smoothie at the Runway Wellness Cafe. The smoothies were out of this world - and made all natural ingredients. The owner, Minera, is a wonderful person and all the food is made from her own recipes. also serves acas bowls, sandwiches, natural juices, and coffee/tea.

Besides the cafe next to the parking lot, she has a vending machine inside the terminal.“

“They have gluten free sourdough bread!!! It’s not on the menu, but you just have to ask!!And it’s a regular size piece! Not like when you get a tiny piece of GF bread for the same price. They told me they use the same toaster, because it’s a small kitchen, so maybe not ok for people with celiac, but so happy for meeeee.

I came on a busy day, but the staff was so kind and sweet.

They also have homemade pastries in the case, and house made focaccia had just been pulled out of the oven. I couldn’t eat any of it, but it smelled so good. My gluten eating friend got the biscuits and jam and absolutely loved it.

This place is such a gem, so full of heart, and has amazing coffee. They use artisan beans from Black Oak roasters which is up in Ukiah, so anything you order will be delicious. 🙏💕 Cannot recommend enough!“

“The acai bowl is really nice, creamy rich base with beautifully arranged topping that's got some honey drizzles. I loved the large macadamia nuts especially. It is pricy for its portion size even compared to SF but it is very good. I enjoyed it as a refreshing offering compared to other Barlow lunch takeout options. I went on a weekday lunch so no wait. Nice service at the counter.“
