They are amazing and made my whole day! I’m a healthcare worker and lately walking into any establishment after working a long shift is rough because a lot of places look at you and treat you like you have the plague. Not here. They were pleasant, thanked me for my hard work, apologized for the wait, even though I felt they were very quick, and gave me a free meal because of my hard work (or a big possibility that I looked worn and torn and they felt sorry for me lol). Have been there before but Monday the 17th of September the customer service was HORRIBLE! I don't think that "Mike," of Jersey Mike's, would be so proud of the manager on duty.
