My husband and I ordered the Pollo Saltado (stir-fried chicken) and Pollo a la Brasa (rotisserie chicken). Both very tasty! We are both Peruvian and were happy to taste authentic flavors! The service was lovely and it was a clean, warm environment.
This place is great to get a bite with family and friends. They have a vegetarian menu where you can also have vegan options. My favorite vegan options is the Tallarín saltado con tofu. Also picarones for dessert are a must.

This place is truly authentic and delicious. I cannot stress enough how good it is. If you like Latin food at all you must come here and try it.
I'm still in disbelief that such authentic south American cuisine is right here in Vista.
I also highly recommend the chicha morada, it was crazy good!
