Awesome open air spot, lots of windows, and space between seating made this place very comfortable. Hostess was super tentative and friendly. They sat our group of 7 at the high-top table, which was perfect for us. Our server was great with orders and tending to us. I ordered Bacon,egg and cheese on a fresh English muffin. My wife and I spent a week in Oceanside. Ryes and Grind was our most memorable dining experience. The service was spot on and the people friendly. The coffee was great! The house hash was killer! Not what I expected but much better than what I had envisioned. I had the pastrami hash, the wife had the corned beef hash. These are not just your typical scrambled and chopped up ingredients heated on a flat top. This breakfast was built in the bowl and remarkably delicious.

Not A Deli But Delicious We've seen a great deal of mixed reviews about Rye's and Grind from people looking for an "AUTHENTIC JEWISH DELI" I will say that there's nothing authentic about this place but it is definitely delicious and flavorful.
