We used Spinning Meats for a catered luncheon at Camp Pendleton. The food was outstanding! Gyro & chicken sliders, Greek salad, orzo pasta salad, pita chips and hummus - it was all AMAZING! Incredible food, incredible staff. Definitely use them!
Found this place on accident with my friends when we went to bingo and we loved it. Also the owner is the best ever. Get the onion rings.
This is my new favorite place. My friends and I stumbled upon it last week when we went to bingo at Belching Beaver in Oceanside and Spinning Meats was there. My favorite thing about their menu is the option “I’m having dinner later” aka girl dinner. Meat, fries, fried zucchini? Sign me up. Honestly that’s good enough, but how good it all is? For those seeking a kick, the spicy Saturday special chicken wrap is a standout. Other popular items include a fantastic Greek salad, which can be added with chicken, and delicious sides like hummus, pita, dolmas, and a superb fire feta sauce. They also offer a fun "I'm having dinner later" option with meat, fries, and fried zucchini, alongside perfectly cooked onion rings and both vegetarian and tallow fries.
The business operates frequently as a food truck, found at locations like breweries in Vista and Oceanside, and provides catering for events. The staff is always super friendly and fun, with service that is super punctual and communication that is easy.
